Privacy Policy

ORVNT ("we", "us") is a technology company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This policy explains what information we collect through orvnt.co, why, and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Information you give us

When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect:

• your name and email address
• your company name and the service you're interested in, if you provide them
• your message

We use this only to respond to you and discuss the work you've asked about. We don't sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

Website analytics

We measure how our public pages are used with our own first-party analytics. It does not use cookies and does not store your IP address. It records the page you visit, the referring site, campaign tags in the link, your device type, browser, operating system, language, time zone, screen width, time on page and how far you scroll, linked to a random identifier stored in your browser. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data. Staff and admin pages are not tracked.

Staff and admin sign-in

The Employee and Admin portals are for ORVNT staff only. When staff sign in, including with Google, we receive their name and email address from the sign-in provider and store the work records they create in the portals.

Where your information is stored

• Website hosting: Vercel
• Database, sign-in and file storage: Supabase (Singapore region)
• Web fonts: Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request for the font files
• If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta)

Information is protected in transit with HTTPS and access to stored data is restricted to authorised ORVNT staff.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting work, then deleted on request or when no longer needed. Analytics records are used in aggregate and periodically removed.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing admin.orvnt@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and in any case as required by law.

If we change this policy we'll update the date above. See also our Terms of Use.
